End-to-end work for Piana del Sole, a residential building in Rome, Italy, designed by architect Salvatore Virgona.
Approach
The role covered 3D modeling of the building in Revit, producing a precise BIM model that not only represented the existing architecture but also supported quantity take-offs and quantitative analysis for the renovation stage. From this model, architectural visualizations explored different intervention options, communicating the renovation proposal while assessing materiality, facade treatment and the relationship with the surroundings. Combining technical precision (BIM) with visual representation optimized decision-making, integrating construction information with a clear view of the final result.
